2009 Annual Range Pass Application & Agreement

The following terms define the 2007 Annual Range Pass package at Empire Lakes Golf Course.

1. Exclusive use of the South Side Range, bunker, and practice green
2. Unlimited range balls on the South Side Range only
3. One large bucket on Northside Range daily

The following conditions apply to the 2008 Annual Range Pass package at Empire Lakes Golf Course.

1. Range Membership Holders must check in with the Golf Shop in order for our staff to shuttle the Range Membership Holder to the South Side Range line.  No access to the South Side Range via Cleveland Street. 
2. Out of courtesy for our neighboring businesses, please do not park your vehicle on Cleveland St. to go to the South Side Range – Due to the possibility of ticketing or towing of your vehicle on private property.  Our Golf Shop Staff will be happy to transport you to and from the South Side Range when  you check into the Golf Shop. 
3. A call box is located at the South Side Range cart path to assist you for transportation, etc.
4. A maximum of sixteen (16) players will be allowed on the South Side Range on a “first-come” basis.  Players must hit between the assigned spots between the rocks.  No full swings will be allowed onto the putting green.
5. Players may hold their position on the South Side Range for a maximum of 30 minutes for restroom or lunch breaks.
6. Hours of operation will be one hour after the North Side range opens and one hour before sunset or when the North Side range closes (whichever comes first).*
7. Players agree to use the South Side Range, bunker, and practice green in a responsible manner, consistent with reasonable golf etiquette and the course’s dress code.  Abuse of the facility may lead to forfeiture of privileges without refund.
8. Spectators will not be allowed at the South Side Range except for the parents of junior range members.
9. No instructing of students will be allowed on the Range unless approved by Empire Lakes Management.

* South Side Range availability may be subject to change/closure due to special events or maintenance needs, in which case, Membership holders may be allowed to utilize the North Side Range.
